You go to profile. And then at the top there will be a little bar and you click avatar and go to tinypic and copy the direct link and post and then waah-laah!

Go to the button called Profile and in the right hand corner, there'll be a tab labeled Avatar. There is also one labeled signature! Oh, you already got help... lol
